Our Cherry - Go cocktail captures that feeling. The vibrant notes our Shiraz & Pepperberry Gin, with its rich fruit undertones, meld effortlessly with the delicate flavours of sake—a nod to fusion of culture. It’s a celebration of place and season, from our gin made in Canberra to the sake that adds a touch of Japan, bringing a little bit of springtime magic to every sip.
A "go" is a traditional measure of sake, but here, it’s a reminder to savour the moment.
CHERRY - GO
- 25ml Underground Shiraz & Pepperberry Gin
- 3ml Triple Sec
- 10ml Lemon Juice
- ½ tsp Cherry Jam
- 60ml Sake
Combine gin, triple sec, lemon juice, and cherry jam in a shaker with ice. Shake hard until chilled and jam is combined. Strain into a flute and top with chilled sake, giving it a gentle stir to blend. Garnish with petals.
