Refund and Delivery Policy

Underground Spirits Delivery Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your package to be delivered.

Delivery delays are currently likely across most Australian destinations currently due to reduced capacity, limited flights and increased parcel volumes in the courier networks.

We do not send out shipments or make deliveries on weekends or holidays.

 Products cannot be delivered to persons under the age of 18 years, and we may request that the person receiving the product provides proof of age evidence.

We offer free shipping on orders over $100.

A flat rate of $10 is applied for orders under $100.

Express Post shipping is calculated at checkout, if selected.

Express Post is sent under the terms of Australia Post Express Parcel Post.

We are unable to deliver your order to a PO Box, due to liquor laws. Please use a physical street address when placing your order.

Our products are very fragile and we wrap them with the greatest care to send them to you. Occasionally an item will break during transit - this normally means they are damaged to an extent that they are not recoverable, (e.g. loose or liquid content has leaked from damaged container/bottle/satchel). If you receive your order damaged, please photograph the package and send us an email at sales@undergroundspirits.com.au and we can advise you on the next steps we will take. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods.

Unfortunately we don’t currently deliver to international addresses. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We allow change of mind on orders up until the items are picked/packed at our distillery, we cannot guarantee change of mind after this as the courier has already been engaged to collect the goods. Please email us for change of mind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.

Once your return is received back at the distillery and is inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and funds will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Please note, if an attempt is made by the courier to deliver your item, and you are not home, we are not responsible for any damages, or loss of item after this point.
